SpellPK Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at SpellPK. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy for our skincare and cosmetic products.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused and sealed

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Opened skincare items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged after use

💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refund is processed within 5 working days

  • Refund method:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash (if applicable)
